(1) The Employment Service Center shall keep the list of employers in its area up to date.
(2) In the process of updating the list in accordance with sub-section (1), the employment service center may send a written request to any government or non-government agency or association in addition to the local level to provide the requested details to the employers within the relevant local level.
(3) According to sub-section (2), all related agencies shall provide the details of the employers under them or the details of the work done by them and the details of the manpower required for such work to the employment service center in the prescribed format.
(4) The employment service center shall send the details of the employer as per this section to the ministry and the concerned state government.
(5) Collection of employer's details and other arrangements related to overtime shall be as prescribed.
